Tasuno vs Cuvier

Area: Sand Desert

Cuvier patiently waits for his opponent to arrive. Sitting on a rock, he checks if the ammo and the blades of his puppet are fine for the fight. However, he still is attempting to pay attention to his surroundings, in case the opponent comes at him rapidly, trying to catch him by surprise.

Tasuno walked up to Cuvier casually. He knew that he had to fight but he was in no hurry to attack, although prepared. "Let's not rush things, if we need to fight lets think about what we have to gain from each other", Tasuno said calmly, "like, if you win, you can have my Sharingan, and if I win, I get your big toy over there". Tasuno smirked with confidence.

Ashley watched "Tasuno dont do that, that might be his best friend I know what its like to lose one dont please!"

"Don't worry, I won't accept. Possessing the Sharingan would dishonor the Uchiha clan. And giving him my puppet will dishonor my grandfather. Since I'll feel bad either way, I'll have to decline this Shinobi's offer", Cuvier said with respect. He awaited for an answer.

Tasuno smiled, "I see you know your place, you passed that test, now, make your move".

Cuvier, making hand seals quickly, shouted: "Jutsu! Temporary Paralysis Technique!". Taking that chance to attack, Cuvier sent his puppet behind Tasuno to stab him in the back with its two poisonous sharp hands. Afterwards, in case the opponent fled, he used Cactus Killer's needle-firing technique to shoot its needles everywhere where its opponent could have went, except for the place he and Ashley were standing.
"I hope this is not the end", he thought.

"Woah there this is gonna get brutal real fast I just know it!"

Tasuno quickly reacted using his Fade Genjutsu to avoid Cuvier's Jutsu, and first attack. Distorting his image and splitting it into two different images of himself, Tasuno had the fake image take the ataxks, while he swiftly shifted behind Ashley, knowing that Cuiver wouldn't have tried to hit her. Tasuno de-spelled the fake image and returned his image to it's normal state. He jumped back and landed onto some week sand, spinning around, he burrowed underneath it to prepare for his plan.

Cuvier, seeing his opponent disappeared, thought he had to be prepared. He got inside Cactus Killer and reinforced the puppet's hide with needles. Before getting inside his wooden friend, he told Ahley to find a safe spot to take cover, since you "never know if a Jutsu is unexpectedly going to affect you". Hoping she understood, the puppeteer waited inside his puppet, eagerly anticipating a move.

Tasuno jumped out of the sand from behind, and he had allreaddy done the hand signs for his Lightning Shotgun Jutsu while under the sand. he aimed his palm at the wooden puppet covered in metal needles.

*"LightningStyle: Lightning Shotgun!"

A pulse of powerful Lightning shot out of Tasuno's palm, and, travaling at light speed, using the needles as a conductor, the lightning surged through the puppet, striking more than one time thanks to the needles surrounding it.

Upon the contact of yuman skin, along with causing damage, this Jutsu causes burns on the target, slowing it's speed by 1 stage and slowing reaction time, however, Tasuno had used the needles on Cactus Killer as a power grid so that the Jutsu could come back for more attacks.

When Cactus Killer opened its mouth, nothing could be seen nothing inside of it. Cuvier avoided the attack with his Body Flicker Technique, getting out of Cactus Killer quickly. "Wow, that was a scary strategy, that of his. I'm glad I left that place before something terrible happened", he thought.
Appearing behind Tsuko, he stabbed him in the back with hallucinogen-induced needles, while shooting another barrage of needles from Cactus Killer, which was in front of its opponent. "These Lightning users, thinking they are the best", Cuvier whispered.

Tasuno quickly distorted and split his image again with the Fade Genjutsu, avoiding the attack from Cactus Killer and Cuvier by having the fake image stay there while the real Tasuno shifted behind Cuvier, causing Cactus Killer's attack to head for Cuvier.


Tasuno added chakra to the palm of his hand ant taped Cuvier on the sholder using the Roll With It Genjutsu. This jutsu visually impaires the target's vision and re-arranges the chakra network of the user, making it harder to take control of their Jutsu as well.

Cuvier, seeing his Jutsu was temporarily blocked, decided to go on the defensive. He crouched and did a spin kick, making his opponent fall to the ground. Attempting to run away, he picked up Cactus Killer again and shot a pair of missiles from Cactus Killer's toes at his opponent. Afterwards, a barrage of poisonous needles fired from the puppet's left arm directly to the explosion area, in case the missile hit. "No good, no good. Why must I always fight an opponent that has a specialty that focuses on destroying puppet strategies? The world hurts", he thought.

Tasuno rolled to the side, avoiding Cactus Kiler's attack, then jumped to his feet, creating hand signs. Uppon compleating them, Tasuno grabed a bunch of Shuriken, throwing them out to be masked b the attack.

*"FireStyle: Phoenix Immortal Fire !"

Tasuno blaseted a mass of embers, some of them consealing Shuriken, right at Cuvier.

Cuvier left Cactus Killer's right arm unused in case something like this happened. "Well, you know what they say. Mud rejuvenates. And that's what this totally unoriginal jutsu needs", he shouted. Aiming Cactus Killer's right arm at the barrage of shurikens and the fire, the puppet shot out a huge stream of mud, enough to stop the shurikens and the fire on their tracks. Then, using the Body Flicker Technique, Cuvier attempted once again to stab Tasuno in the back with hallucinogen-induced needles, keeping Cactus Killer yet unused in case he needed to counter something.
