the new Jutsu banlist

Seeing as Chaos is absent for the tme being, the ban list is moved to my control. I will keep his list, and add to it appropriately,

1. Sand Bullet

2. Shadow Clone Jutsu

3. Rasen Shuriken

4. Reanimation Jutsu

5. Flying Thunder God

6. Chidori Stream

7. (no raging) Sage Mode

Limited to certain amounts of people:

Renigan (4: du to only being able to preform the basic functions)

Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (2: popular demand .. but still powerful)

I don't see it fair that the Rinnegan is not banned and EMS is banned. I think you should just limit both to one user.

I feel like both EMS and Rinnegan have been proven in the series to be god like power and oped. You should really ban them both.
